"This" is a collection of succinct jewels spoken by Sri H.W.L. Poonja between 1990 and 1996. The songs flow from his impeccable experience of the highest and yet simplest Truth: That we are pure Consciousness, the totality of Existence. Some of the gems also come from his personal diary. As Timelessness is a sign of the teachings of the Wise, these songs are compiled by essence only and so have no chronology, often even within a single verse. It is as practical as it is mystical and is highly regarded by all traditions and especially those interested in the essence of Ayurvedic healing and Advaita. Translations
Perhaps one of the biggest endorsements of the this book is the amount of translating that is being accomplished. Besides being spoken and written in English, 'The Truth Is' is also translated into German and Spanish and nearly published, and its French translation is nearing completion. Some parts of the book are published in Hindi as well. The time and effort and understanding required to translate this book into all these languages is so appreciated.
